Please check if "Find my iPhone" is active or disabled before submitting the IMEI. Every phone will get stuck on activation if it is active with the previous owner. Ask them to deactivate it, or else do not submit. You might end up paying more for deactivating iCloud.

All API or other instant services can be delayed for any reason. We can only try our best to get it fixed fast.

Any product server credits or activation are strictly non-refundable. In case of any complaint, directly contact that team. If they refund us, we will refund our client.

We strictly do not support any repair IMEI tool or bad IMEI service. If we find any user submitting such services, we will block their ID permanently.
